These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Mia Melody. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

  • "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who books or uses our services.

  • "Services" refers to the companionship experiences offered by Mia Melody.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.

  • By making a booking, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Bookings

  • All appointments must be arranged in advance using the booking methods provided on our website.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from Mia Melody.

  • Appointment availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation.

Payments

  • Full payment, or the required deposit, must be received before the scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments may be accepted via: Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency, Throne, or another mutually agreed payment method.

  • Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.

  • Payments are non-refundable except where expressly stated in these Terms.

Deposit Policy

To reserve your appointment, a 50%–100% deposit may be required.

The deposit secures your requested date and time and demonstrates a mutual commitment to the appointment. Once your booking is confirmed, your reserved time is held exclusively for you.

Mia Melody is committed to providing a discreet, professional, and respectful experience at all times.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know as early as possible. I am happy to arrange a new date, subject to our mutual availability.

  • If I need to cancel an appointment for any reason, any payment or deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they reserve time exclusively for you. However, if we both agree to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and courteously at all times.

Any form of abusive behaviour, harassment, threats, violence, illegal activity, or conduct that compromises safety or comfort will result in the immediate termination of the appointment without any refund.

Mia Melody reserves the right to refuse or end any booking at her sole discretion if these standards are not respected.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is treated with the utmost respect.

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for arranging and providing our services. Your information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by applicable law.

Discretion is a fundamental part of the experience offered by Mia Melody.

Limitation of Liability

Mia Melody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific booking in question.

Changes to These Terms

Mia Melody reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
